Cancellation Policy

I want your yoga experience to feel calm, supportive and straightforward from the moment you book. Please take a moment to read the following before confirming your session. Studio Sessions are available in person and are booked in advance. Your session is confirmed once payment has been received Cancellations & Rescheduling I completely understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice. With 2 hours’ notice, your session can be rescheduled at no additional cost, subject to availability. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice, or missed sessions, are non-refundable and the session will be considered used. If I need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, I will always give you as much notice as possible and offer an alternative time or a full refund where appropriate. Packages Private session packages are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase. Sessions must be booked within this period and are subject to availability. Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable once the first session has taken place, except where required by law. Your Wellbeing Yoga, breathwork and meditation are complementary wellbeing practices and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Please provide accurate information during your consultation and let me know before or during a session if anything changes that may affect your ability to participate safely. You are always encouraged to listen to your body and work within your own comfort level. I may offer modifications or suggest that a particular practice is not appropriate for you at that time.
